Terms of service

GENERAL
✦ If The Artist don't feel comfortable working on your commission request or it's not in range of work. The Artist have the right to decline them at any process of the work. but we are open for discussion or changes.✦ By proceeding with the commission, the client is deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY
✦ After settling with the request and payment. turnaround time is a week up to 2 months, depending on communication and other factors. You will be informed of any delays or impediments.✦ The Artist will keep the commission files for 2 months. We are not responsible for any lost files after delivery. If you need the files resent, we can only assist by searching for the previous files through the email address used for the commission.✦ Canvas size is 2500*3500 pixel, 350 dpi. Unless prior notice of canvas size change is provided.✦ You'll receive the finished work, character with white BG/transparent BG, character with BG sperately (if have).✦ If you would like to receive the .psd file, please inform me in advance. Commercial commissions will receive the file automatically.✦ Please inform the Artist if you have a deadline.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
✦ The Artist retains all copyright, ownership, redistribution, and intellectual property rights to the Work and any work-in-progress materials, including, but not limited to, the right to display, advertise, print, publish, and showcase such materials on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcasting channels (e.g., Twitch, YouTube), and other platforms. Unless prior notice has been given, posting or publishing the work is prohibited until a specified period of time has elapsed.✦ Must credit Artist as Tnai or using their social tag/username/link at the instance of display of the Work or permanently on their websites, social media profiles, broadcast channels and so on.✦ The displayed price is for personal use only. Commercial use will incur an additional charge at 2x the listed price. you can use your commission for personal use (such as a pfp, print it, gift to a friend, etc…), please do not use it for commercial purposes, claiming it as your own art or using it for AI generation. Any violation of the agreement will result in a penalty fee of 3× the original commission price.✦ Commercial use criteria are distinguished from personal use and include any use of the work for profit-generating purposes, such as using the work for product promotion, cover artwork, Vtuber, or as part of indirect monetization activities on revenue-generating platforms.PAYMENT
✦ Requires 50% payment upfront before starting, except sketch commission will require 100% paid upfront.✦ Payment will be through Vgen, PayPal invoice, Ko-fi or Thai bank (Kasikorn)REFUND
✦ NO refunds on finished commission or after the rough sketch is approved.✦ If the commission is delayed due to personal reasons, artist will inform you. Please be patient or you can refund 50%.✦ The client shall be entitled to a 100% refund if the artist remains unresponsive for a period exceeding 2 months without prior notice, fails to make reasonable efforts to communicate, or violates the terms and conditions of the commission agreement.✦ If artist is no longer able to do the work (accident, tool broke, etc.), Client can cancel and received 100% refund.

PROCESS AND ADDITIONAL INFO

1. You’ll fill in the commission form and send it through email/discord/twitter dm (if you sent it through the email the Artist might not see it, so please contact us on another platform beforehand).2. After discussing your commission, once all details are listed out we will give you the final price. If you're okay with it, then you will be add to the waitlist and we'll inform you when it's your turn.3. The Artist do a rough sketch and send it to you. When the sketch is approved, you have to pay half of the payment. Except for the sketch commission, you have to pay the full price before starting. Please complete the payment within 3 days after confirming the commission.4. One work may takes 1-6 weeks to process. The Artist will keep you updated (sketch, colored, render) and adjustments can be made here. Minor change is free but major change will cost extra.5. After finishing your commission, your work will be send though the email for the best quality image.
